Warranty and return policies

At Doorfinesse we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase and their experience. We hope that expectations are exceeded by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please follow the procedure outlined below so that we can resolve the situation.
(*)Attention: All orders must be inspected on arrival by checking and photographing any damage to the packaging immediately after unloading the goods.

In our measures

If you are not satisfied with the items in our sizes that you have purchased via Doorfinesse, please contact our customer service department at info@gmail.com info@doorfinesse.com within 14 working days after receipt of your order.

We will accept the return of products in our sizes that are in their original condition, new, unopened and unused. original, new, unopened and unused. If you are returning one of our products, you should always consider using a traceable shipping service with insurance. Otherwise Doorfinesse cannot guarantee that you will actually receive the returned item.

Made-to-measure

If you are not satisfied with the custom-made items, please contact our customer service at info@doorfinesse.com within 5 working days after receipt of your order.

We will accept the return of products in our sizes that are in their original, new, unopened and unused condition. Customer service will guide you through the appropriate steps to replace the product, or to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price. excluding shipping costs.

If a problem occurs, please send us the unique order ID so we can trace the order and its production details. We will work with you to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

It is your responsibility to review and check your co-ordinated measurements before sending them to us.
Your order is made specifically for you, and therefore Doorfinesse cannot accept returns or refunds of made-to-measure products if the dissatisfaction is not due to a manufacturing defect caused by Doorfinesse.

For example, Doorfinesse cannot refund made-to-measure products if the problem is due to an incorrect calculation of production measurements, as it is your responsibility to select the desired measurements.
